About Us

AIMS is a construction manager/general contractor that specializes in healthcare and higher education renovation projects. 95% of our work occurs in active facilities enabling us to become complex phased renovation experts.

Today, AIMS has three offices – Livonia MI, Pittsburgh, PA and Columbus, OH that service the great lakes region of Michigan, Pennsylvania and Ohio.

Founded in 1972, AIMS began as a painting contractor. Due to AIMS exceptional performance in hospitals, we were awarded our first construction management project in 1981. After continued success in the Michigan market, AIMS set sights on expanding geographically and in 2009 opened the Pittsburgh, PA office and 2018 opened the Columbus, OH office.
