Rainbow Rehabilitation Centers has been providing Rehabilitation Therapy for over 38 years to Adults and Children with medical and /or behavioral complexities. Our services are provided in a variety of settings such as residential, outpatient, telehealth, home health and community based. We are able to accept a wide range of commercial insurances, Medicare, auto and workers compensation insurance.
What sets us apart is our team of Physical, Occupation & Speech therapists along with our Mental Health Counselors work together to provide a therapy program designed specifically for each individual to help regain their physical, social and emotional independence.
