Jeff Felts

Jeff is a retired police officer who served 20 years with the Plymouth Twp. and the City of Wayne Police Departments. Concurrently he spent 12 years with the Western Wayne County Special Operations Team as an operator, sniper/sniper team leader. His tactical foundations were established through a 12 year career in the US Army where he served on active duty in the Military Police Corp and in the reserves as an infantry drill sergeant. Jeff’s contemporary views on training and risk mitigation are a result of his involvement in 2 officer involved shootings and as a government whistleblower. He holds degrees in criminal justice and business administration, and is a graduate of Northwestern University School of Police Staff & Command. Jeff is the President and CEO of Center Mass, Inc., founder of the National Patrol Rifle Conference, co-author of multiple training manuals/articles on SWAT, police sniping, and leadership.
