Assists the Director of Operations Support in meeting the property and building needs of the Support Center, Service Center and all store locations.

Inspects the Support Center, Service Center, all store locations, vehicle fleet, tractors and trailers.

The selected candidate must have HVAC Michigan license with the following classes:
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combinatory of education and experience.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to understand and to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Must have the ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to squat, stand and sit. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to risk of electrical shock. The employee frequently works near moving mechanical parts; in high, precarious places; and in outside weather conditions. The employee occasionally is exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, extreme heat, and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Must be available to assist with emergency repair situations after hours.
