St. Mary Child Care Center is hiring enthusiastic, compassionate, responsible individuals to assist young children in a child care setting. The Teacher Assistant supports lead teacher in implementing daily activities and developmentally appropriate classroom practices in a creative, faith-filled environment. Teacher Assistant encourages young children to engage and explore through play and provides hands-on assistance. Ensures the needs of children and their families are recognized and communicated. Actively contributes to the exceptional care and developmental success of children in our Center.

- High School diploma
- Early Childhood Education/experience preferred or working towards child care degree
- Knowledge of Creative Curriculum helpful
- Ability to work independently, managing multiple tasks
- Able to communicate and positively collaborate with others
- Completion of provided training required
- Must complete clean criminal background check and fingerprinting
