    Job Description
    The LSOY Program Coordinator is responsible for supporting the overall operations and programs for the organization. Position is responsible for administrative tasks as well as program planning and implementation.

    Duties and Responsibilities
    • With guidance of Executive Director, coordinates substance use disorder (SUD) prevention programs, including planning, implementation and follow-up
    • Plans and prepares for LSOY events and activities, including copies, materials and supplies, logistics, communication and follow-up activities
    • Assists with and supports organization with general administrative duties as needed
    • Maintains program and financial records as applicable
    • Supports evaluation of programs and services as needed
    • Assists with coordination of LSOY meetings including preparation and minutes
    • Assists with funder reports in accordance with grant requirements
    • Attends meetings with community members and groups, board members, funders, etc. as necessary
    • Other duties as assigned
    Requirements
    • Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Education, Guidance and Counseling, Business, Social Sciences or a related field preferred. HS Diploma with experience may be accepted as a substitute
    • Experience with SUD prevention, community coalitions, grant writing or related
    • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and handle multiple responsibilities
    • Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills, including social media
    • Demonstrated computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, internet, databases, etc.)
    • Certified Prevention Specialist or Counselor, or certifiable per MCBAP requirements preferred
