Our client manufactures aerosol products, and is located in Wayne, MI. They are currently looking for Chemical Mixers, to mix large batches of various products. Job duties include:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Weighing and mixing large industrial batches of products.
- Perform mixing operations by reading and interpreting batch cards, and gauges.
- Acquire knowledge of basic chemical properties and the ability to put together a recipe.
- Read, comprehend, and follow weighing and mixing SOPs.
- Assist in maintaining inventories.
- Maintain safe work environment and produce quality product by following standards and procedures.
- Shift: 7 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday – Friday (some Saturdays required if production is busy).

REQUIREMENTS:
- Work experience with measuring, mixing, and weighing large batches of product.
- Able to work with strong chemical fumes.
- Able to stand, and lift/carry up to 40 lbs constantly.
- Willing to undergo a background check.
- Able to take and pass drug screen.
