    Our team is seeking an experienced Dental Office Manager in Livonia, MI.  This role will be responsible for the overall performance and patient experience for the practice they serve. This is a very dynamic position that requires candidates to have experience across team management, operations, insurance and a deep knowledge of the dental industry. One day you could be at the front desk of one of our practices greeting patients as they arrive, checking them in for their appointments, collecting information for their visit and guiding them through their financials responsibilities and the next day you could be recruiting a new Dental Assistant Team member for your practice.

    Responsibilities:
    • Serve patients with the utmost care in each and every single interaction you have with them
    • Create WOW experiences with patients each day
    • Handle new patient communications and scheduling
    • Verify insurance benefits for all patients that have not been to the practice for 6 months
    • Handle all patient related communication for questions on their insurance
    • Fill-in as Patient Relationship Coordinator (“PRC”) when necessary at practices
    • Manage patient balance collections
    • Collaborate with Human Resources on the selection of new Team Members
    • Assist in the training and onboarding of new Team Members
    • Track office production goals and communicate with staff
    Requirements:
    • Professional, can do attitude

    • Self-starter with strong attention to detail
    • Dentistry industry operational and insurance knowledge a plus
    • 3+ years managing a dental office
    • Strong computer skills
    • Ability to foster team environment
