    Job Description
    Community Alliance Credit Union is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual that wants to deliver the “WOW” factor to our members in a friendly work environment at our Livonia office.  The qualified applicant will provide fast, courteous and outstanding service primarily through remote delivery channels in a call center environment and occasionally in person.  This position requires the ability to be exceptional conversationalists to make connections, find the needs of our members, and provide personalized solutions and to enthusiastically support the credit union's focus on member sales and service. This position involves providing solutions and outstanding service to promote the Credit Union’s products and services and to assist with a variety of member service-related activities such as account inquiries, mobile and home banking assistance, process transactions, open accounts, and process and close loan and credit card applications. 
    This position requires a minimum of one year experience serving a full range of member needs, including opening accounts, assisting with account inquiries, processing and closing loan and credit card applications.  Past loan processing and/ or Symitar experience is a plus.  Preference will be given to candidates with a proven record of sales success.  Candidate must be motivated, enthusiastic, organized, detailed oriented and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
