Emerging Entrepreneurs Luncheon 2019
Come and hear a fascinating discussion that can enlighten all generations of business people. Our panel of 30-something entrepreneurs will share how they have found business success by connecting with Millennials.
The panel features four Livonia Chamber members who are Millennials and own businesses in the city. They will share strategies they use to keep their businesses viable and share observations how they differ from their older counterparts. Three of our panelists, Amanda Saab, Courtney Morales Hofmann, and Brandon Bahoura, created their own businesses, while the fourth, Joe Legato, is adding his touch while sharing business ownership with his parents.
The panel will be moderated by Ashley Williams, a Southfield native, former broadcast reporter, and Millennial entrepreneur who helps established businesses connect with Millennials. Her company, RIZZARR, guides business managers to look beyond process-driven tactics and connect with younger people through purposeful marketing and mentorship. Building an organization’s culture where there is authentic engagement can go a long way toward attracting quality employees and repeat customers.
