Position: Satellite TV/Cable Systems Design and Project Manager
Description: The DirecTV Project/Proposal Manager is responsible for ensuring that all commercial satellite TV projects are quoted, delivered, and installed on time and on budget, aligning with customer expectations and requirements.  In this role, you will provide sales and service, technical support, engineering, and project management in support of the sales team and our customers. PROPOSAL AND ESTIMATING RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide technical and sales support to internal teams; Survey, inspect, and audit customer / prospect site locations; Write and submit installation documents and summaries; Application / Engineer solutions – stay current with industry codes and requirements; and Create and approve proposals. PROJECT MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage installations – technical team and customer requirements; Coordinate and direct on-site installation teams; Provide training to end-users; Inspect and verify quality of installations /work; Manage budgets and timelines; and Support sales in managing customer expectations. GENERAL EXPECTATIONS: Responsible for servicing existing client base and working directly with ASC sales, support staff and employees; Provide timely and accurate responses to customer questions and concerns; Responsible for on-site training and inspections; Track and provide accurate installation information for continuous improvement in our processes; and Acquire and maintain sound knowledge of all product lines and services offered. Position: Outside Sales Role – Satellite TV and Cable Systems
Description: This outside sales role will have direct responsibility for introducing ASC to prospective clients who are part of the lodging and institutions business unit.  Lodging and institution clients include hotels, hospitals, bars, restaurants, nursing homes, and casinos, who often provide DIRECTV Free-To-Guest Bulk Programming for their customers. RESPONSIBILITIES: Generate revenue that meets or exceeds a defined quota for revenue and profit earned from the direct sales of the ASC products and services, while contributing to overall organizational goals; Manage all aspects of the sales process: lead generation, prospecting, qualifying, meeting, negotiating, and closing clients; and Tenacity to prospect, penetrate, and sell ASC and our products to lodging and institutional customers (hotels, hospitals, bars, restaurants, nursing homes, etc.); Work with ASC project managers, technicians, and administration staff to ensure positive customer outcomes and long term relationships; Utilize ASC lead generation tools and process; Continue to learn and develop both your sales and business skills; and Successfully follow a weekly sales activity plan to ensure success in your role.
