Livonia Chamber of Commerce - Industrial

A combination of factors contributes to make Livonia the largest industrial market in suburban Detroit, with more than 36 million square feet. Among the companies that find Livonia a great place to locate facilities are General Motors, Ford Motor Company, TRW Automotive, Country Fresh Dairy and Roush Industries. UPS, FedEx and Kroger have their regional distribution hubs in Livonia.

Companies in Livonia's Industrial Corridor can count on having plenty of power with three dedicated DTE Substations and maximum voltage towers. The area also has well-maintained and established infrastructure that serves the needs of any industry.

Livonia has the second lowest municipal property tax rate in Wayne County. The city also actively works at promoting development of manufacturing through the use of Industrial Facilities Exemption Certificates.
