UPS, FedEx and Kroger have their regional distribution hubs in Livonia.

OUTSTANDING INFRASTRUCTURE AND POWER SUPPLY
Companies in Livonia's Industrial Corridor can count on having plenty of power with three dedicated DTE Substations and maximum voltage towers. The area also has well-maintained and established infrastructure that serves the needs of any industry.

TAXES AND INCENTIVES
Livonia has the second lowest municipal property tax rate in Wayne County. The city also actively works at promoting development of manufacturing through the use of Industrial Facilities Exemption Certificates.
