Qualified applicant will possess a passionate devotion to providing outstanding and empathetic service to Zeal Credit Union members and fellow employees, have regular, onsite attendance, handles all aspects of real estate loan servicing including reviewing daily payment histories and processing mortgage payment, review, process and input loan application data; utilizing our two processing systems for new loan requests, validate and pay bills for appraisals, surveys and other closing related charges, order bills, review, process, pay and update system with new tax and homeowners' insurance data, process mortgage documents and discharges for recording, audit and organize loan files for filming and permanent storage, cross-sell products and services to members, contact members with loan answers and discuss process and options, prepare denial and approval letters with necessary disclosures, order and collect necessary documentation and prepare file for underwriting. Additional funcations will include scheduling closing with all parties and prepare final real estate lending loan documents, disburse all loans according to underwriting conditions and requirements, validate all payoff letters and bills related to closing and process payoffs, maintain systems of measurements established for first and second liens and for cross-sell products, perform all other tasks and duties as assigned.
